Anti-Patterns in tech costing

I recently gave another presentation for the Vancouver software development managers.

Not my greatest, but I still like the idea and it needs to be refined before I give it on stage at the SoCal Linux Expo (SCaLE 21x) in March. I find Zoom presentations to be the worst of all worlds, and much prefer actually being in front of an audience, with real-time feedback to help direct my focus. Need to be a bit better organized in the sequencing of my points, and still debating whether jumping into the minor comments on productivity and tools at the end are worthwhile at all in the overall context. (Leaning toward eliminating them.)
